FAQ

  • How old does my child have to be for this program to work?

The professional nutritional guidance, done-for-you plans and advice is tailored to parents of children aged 1-8 years. However, we've had feedback that our simple and effective tools have worked for older children and partners too ;)

  • What qualifications do you hold to teach this?

Krissy is a mum to three kids in the trenches with you. She gets that you're busy, you're already doing all the tasks and that you just want the best for your kids. She has the following qualifications: - Bachelor of Science, first class honours in Psychology (University of Otago), Graduate Human Nutrition (Deakin University), Certified Health Coach (Well College Global), Insured through AON, Member of The Nutrition Society of Australia (Inc.)

  • My child has been diagnosed with clinical picky eating. Will this course help?

While clinical picky eating is less common, it is important that professional and personalised guidance is sought from a team of professionals. Some of the strategies within this program are relevant. However, this program is not intended to replace personalised medical advice. If you are ever worried (and as outlined in our program) we recommend seeking advice from your health care provider.

  • How is your program delivered?

You receive downloadable PDF guides (including a recipe book) to keep forever, short video lessons from Krissy for each step and a private Facebook group for ongoing professional and community support. Watch the FREE VIDEO TRAINING BELOW to learn more about the roadmap
